Who are we?

Our company was founded in 1968 by Refik KIRLI under the brand name SONSES (SNS). This journey, which began with radio manufacturing, witnessed the birth of the SONSES name and logo.

Since 1978, we have been continuously producing in our factory located in the Ödemiş district of Izmir, taking firm steps towards becoming a pioneer in the industry. However, our story did not end there. The journey that began in 1968 has grown stronger every year with our successes in different industries.

With our experience from the past and our innovative approach, we have always aimed for the best. By prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction at every step, we have established a solid place in the industry. From the heart of Izmir, our doors open to the world, writing a success story that spans over half a century.

With the advancement of technology, our company, together with its experienced and skilled team, has dedicated itself to constant renewal and development. Locally manufactured construction machinery boards, strengthened with special software and hardware, using first-class materials.

Chassis/Panel Power Distribution Electrical Installation Projects

Project designs, cable coding, grouping, and connection solutions for vehicle electrical cable installations developed or used in the automotive sector.

Servo Voltage Regulators

Fully automatic servo voltage regulators with overvoltage protection, ranging from 5 kVa to 100 kVa.

Our History

The roots of our company date back to 1968 when it was established under the brand name SONSES (SNS) with radio manufacturing, laying the foundation for its name and logo.

In the early 1970s, the company became a leader in the Turkish market with the production of antenna amplifiers. During this period, the company’s founder, Refik Kırli, undertook the production and installation of Turkey’s first TV relay stations.

In 1977, with the establishment of our plastic injection production unit, we began manufacturing molds and plastic products. This unit continues to operate today, producing necessary plastic components for our products and molds for the automotive, construction machinery, and other industries.

In 1978, a factory was established in Günlüce Village, Ödemiş, Izmir, to commence production activities.

In the early 1980s, with the advent of satellite broadcasting, our company became the first in Turkey to produce 2.80–3.20-meter satellite dishes. During this period, we carried out several significant projects, such as closed-circuit satellite distribution systems for facilities like Gülhane Military Hospital and cement factories.

In the 1990s, our company aimed to achieve 22% national coverage for the satellite broadcasting of a television channel. To this end, we produced and installed relay systems and analog satellite systems after the launch of the Türksat satellite. During this period, we also began producing Fully Automatic Servo Voltage Regulators with Overvoltage Protection, ranging from 5 kVa to 100 kVa, which are still manufactured and sold today.

In 1999, we started producing electronic control units for vehicles in the construction machinery sector, which continues with the development of specialized software systems and applications.

Since 2004, our company has undertaken electronic cable harnessing for its products. We have also begun designing and manufacturing chassis and panel power distribution electrical systems for the automotive and construction machinery sectors. Production of cable harnesses based on samples, as well as necessary cable grouping operations for power distribution, is carried out. Additionally, we contribute to prototype design studies, including connector and terminal selection, cable sectioning, and coding. Our company also ensures the supply of connectors, terminals, and electrical-electronic materials necessary for our products.
